Talk:Fundraising Committee

There is some confusion as to the line between a pass the hat that doesn't go through the committee, and one that does. Currently the wording is "organize and oversee all fundraising and grant writing activities". That would imply that pass the hats would be covered, but maybe that was an oversight in the language, and out of scope for the actual intent?
