Working to improve the CRM so it bills people correctly and tracks information.

Meets on wednesday, sometimes.

Current Work

  • evaluate using makepi as payment module for seltzer
  • Conainerize things

Requirements for an i3 CRM

Required:

  • handle membership dues processing and reminders and unpaid emails etc
    • $x per month, $y per year, scholarships (maybe we can drop yearly payments, I don't think that really matters)
  • list active members, their contact info, and their emergency contact info

Like to have in no real order:

  • Automate google group membership (member list, announce list, public list)
  • manage storage plots
  • Allow other payments (zone fees? regular donations? restricted donations?) through the CRM
  • manage keys
    • expose api giving something like id, name, pin, and key
  • Allow people to invite themselves to slack.
  • waivers for members and guests
  • guest sign in
    • really cool if this was keyfob based
  • Allow granular permissions
    • so someone can manage storage but not billing for example

Stuff from other people that I don't understand or don't think is important:

  • Allow members to use the CRM to vote (board elections, polls, etc.)
    • we have solutions that work, I don't really see a benefit to putting this in a crm
  • Automate other communications (automatically email a tax receipt for cash donations?)
    • what does this mean
