Zone Funds
Reimbursement Requests
- Use the Reimbursement Request Form to request a reimbursement.
- All requests require approval from a coordinator or officer.
- All requests must have an itemized receipt showing what was purchased, how much was paid, the name of the seller, and the date. If you submit an order or invoice, it must show a zero balance (i.e., that you paid it).
- Reimbursements are done approximately monthly. If you need reimbursement faster than that, please mention that in #ask-the-treasurer on Slack.
- Contact treasurer if you have any questions.
There's also an emergency repair fund that can be used by any zone coordinator with prior board approval. Treasurer has the final approval of any requests, and the requests are fulfilled by first come, first served. If an emergency repair need comes up after the fund is exhausted, the board will need to approve replenishing the fund or allocating money for that request.
Zone Balances
This is the currently available funds, aka The Budget, for each Zone, as of the date listed below.
Use the PayPal button on each zone page to donate or contribute to that zone or contribute cash in the cash box in each zone.
- 2024 Budgeted Amount. All remaining historical budgets and expansion allocations have been removed. Zones are able to request new budgets through the Board of Directors.
- Direct Contribution Balance (2022 Direct Contribution Balance plus Net Change to Nov 2024) - Direct contribution balances as of June 2022 and net change (contributions less any expenses) from June 2022 to November 2024. These are the funds given to zones by users and never expires.
