  1. Review Bylaws and Standing Rules and add links to relevant sections pertaining to the secretary
  2. Add a section on common practices
    • e.g. managing board votes
    • redaction?
  3. Figure out wiki permissions and add to list of secretarial documents, make a password protected wiki page that records computer system keyholders
