Privacy Policy

This is a list of the data we collect. It is probably incomplete.

If you don't like the retention/access policy for something please start a discussion with a proposal for how it could work better.

Also the people maintaining all of these systems have access to the data in the system.

Waivers

We save what you type in forever. Right now it can be accessed via shared password on request from board.

We also have a bunch of scans from the paper waivers, but I wouldn't describe non-OCRd PDFs as "accessible" by anyone. I think just board and officers have access to those.

CRM

You can see and edit the data we have in your profile, and it is currently kept forever.

Wiki

What you put on the wiki is public.

Cameras/Door Log

• When you badge into the door, that is logged.
  • currently stored forever
  • Used during camera reviews to identify people
  • Used to setup new keys sometimes to see what the code for a new key is
• Cameras log movement
  • Stored for at least a month
  • accessible during camera reviews as specified by the Standing Rules

Payment Details

We use third parties like stripe or paypal so we never have any credit card details or anything. Treasurers have access to payment history and such.
