Food Planning
Please sign up to bring some food!
- Beverages will be BYOB and in vending.
- There is a grill at the space!
- If you have a crockpot, please consider using it! We don't have proper kitchen at the space (yet!), so crockpots and instant pots etc will be helpful for supplying us all with hot food.

Tasklists
(General)
Tasks
- CRITICAL- AIR COMPRESSOR LEAKING OIL
- Check Anything with a filter
- CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN
- Check Storage to see if there are spaces that have things in them but are reported open.
- Side B garage door: The n.o. stop button due died and got replaced with a n.c. button, basically making the stop button into a go button. The new one already arrived and is sitting right there! It just needs to be installed. Put the temporary one back in the elab buttons-and-switches bin plz.
- Water dispenser was taken apart. Figure out why and put back together. Probably a good time to replace the filter too.
Infrastructure
Tasks
- Connect furnaces on side A- Winter is coming.
- Remove unused conduit above new-elab which blocks the furnace vent route, see Nate B for details
- check tank of northernmost toilet in A side large bathroom. It may need parts replaced, as it is suspected to be running intermittently. (Flapper valve hinge ears are torn. Replace the flapper or the whole flush valve.)
- create signage to clearly mark the area(s) that are for "large projects".
- Paint zone tarps were mentioned as needing a good wash, if they're to be used in a clean environment. Figure out what the water cooler needs other than a new filter.
- Fix the hole in A side HVAC, front rooms. The leak is on the roof AC unit and will need brazing to fix. It'd be good if someone can bring the equipment needed to test the repair and recharge if it looks good. Needs Genie or one heck of a ladder
Expansion Tasks
- Wiring
- Work on wiring for eLab and Sewing (Ghostbusters hookup); Run 1.5" conduit from B side ghostbusters to the junction box above eLab. Run down to eLab panel and sewing panel. Rough sketch is on the right side of the whiteboard outside craft room. Needs Genie
- Work on Fuse Boxes and plug wiring for eLab
Run wires for craft room. There's an existing conduit that goes under the floor that should work to get the main feed in. Can also work to mount conduit and boxes on east wall.(needs breaker space in panel, this is a larger task.)
- Mini Splits
- The inside unit is mounted in sewing.
- Drill hole to get sewing tubing out into back alley and finalize mounting height of outdoor units
- Install outside units for sewing and eLab
- Run power to outdoor units.
- ? Drill hole for eLab indoor unit? (Oh yeah, could always backdrill it once drywall is up!)

- Install Slatwall on the south and west back side of workbenches. This replaces the pegboard.
- Install shelf brackets above the west side workbench and slatwall. Shelves are located on the old bookcase.
- Install Slatwall on west side wall between workbench and pallet rack. Should start just above floor level. Remove old bookcase once done.
Sewing Zone

- Add drywall strip to upper edge of the outside west and south sides. Tape and mud joints.

- Door hinges (upper & lower) are loose. Despite trying to tighten the screws, they will not seat flush correctly and become loose again. May need to find the correct screws (some of the current screws appear to have heads that are too large to sit flush) and repair/replace the wood in the frame so that the screws can securely sit.
- Add caulk to trim, especially lower trim, to prevent water ingress.
- Need to repainted and repaired
- Needs to be refinished to allow for better cleaning.
