  • There is a grill at the space!
  • If you have a crockpot, please consider using it! We don't have proper kitchen at the space (yet!), so crockpots and such will be helpful for supplying us all with hot food.

General space tasks/Infrastructure

Tasks

    • Paper towel/bath tissue shelves in A
    • Is this where we're storing paper products?
    • Remove non-paper stuff/clutter and store paper towels/tissue according to labels on unit, if it stays
    • There's a non-working light fixture behind Wolverine in the Laser Zone. Does the unit control need replacing?
    • For zones and storage areas without walls, mark floor with yellow paint border, from floor plan (ie LPS, Tool Crib, CNC, Machine Shop, Jewelry, Ceramics
    • If necessary, mark areas to keep clear
    • label storage with locations around i3 to communicate with members why we have what we have
    • check carbon monoxide vent on b-side furnace
    • Create big labels and stock first aid bins with bandaids/upgrades

Large Project Storage

Tasks

    • Identify what area is large project storage and make a sign and post it in the area
    • Paint yellow lines to mark the borders of LPS
    • Parking ticket expired/improperly stored personal property
    • Mark space property with zone it is intended for (some of the expansion purchases are stored here temporarily)
    • Update the project/property storage permits with the information that is missing -- ask a new member? because it's confusing and people are getting it wrong

Craft zone buildout

Tasks

    • Move construction materials to the open space/future elab space (might need some table moves first)
    • sweep/vacuum/dust
    • Paint yellow zone border lines to mark zone space; or, mark with stanchions (currently stored in loft)
    • Run planned electrical: east wall, and drops
    • Build partial wall on south end
    • Assemble shelving/etc that acts as west border of zone
    • Move Vinyl Zone into space planned for it within zone layout

    • 2x4s: Sufficient to frame a 14'7"-long half wall (height approx. 30 inches, adjust to materials)

  • Install shower curtains around wheel to keep the space cleaner
  • A brake for the large motorized wheel.
  • Move ceramics cabinet to cabinet wall. This is the wall where the wood shop's cabinet is.
