Intro
51 anonymized responses to initial survey. We have ~20 responses to the second survey, and are still waiting on more from that.
Meeting will break into groups of four to discuss the survey and pick out major themes, then discuss our interpretations. We will then discuss both long term and immediate actions we can take.
