  • Nowish: Talk to ZCs and people known to be interested in starting zones if they haven't responded
  • Nowish: connect people who filled out the survey for the same zone
  • Nowish: Talk to ZCs on if they like our summary of their zone needs
  • Nowish: Talk to ZCs about zone-specific floorplan evaluation metrics
  • 2019-03-07: Release Summary, and hopefully all deliverables

Futureish:

  • After responses from new zones are closed, send a survey to rank the importance of proposed and current zones.
  • Release deliverables to board, board releases them to membership
  • Everyone starts making floorplans
  • Have a plan for floorplans

      • How well can it be done in small steps from current
      • Stuff like not knocking down walls, other requirements like that
