Hi! welcome to my wiki page! here's a little bit of info about me:
I started exploring art a few years ago as a hobby and have found it has become a sort of meditation for me. I love the creative process and enjoy learning new techniques, working with new materials, and combining different art genres in my work. I enjoy all art forms but probably enjoy sculpture the most. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and am a licensed patent attorney by day, artist/explorer/experimenter by night. Because of the therapeutic value i have found in making art, i try not to think of the end product (what it will look like, who will see it, where i should place it, etc...) so that i am only concerning myself with what is in front of me. I find that creating for the sake of creating, i end up with more creative works because i take way more risks than if i am constantly thinking about the end product. I try to approach a project with the idea that i may throw it away when I'm done, i think this allows me to experiment and truly express myself in a way that i seem not to be able to do with other forms of expression.
