- DIY Tiny House Community - I would like to start a self-reliant community where individuals live sustainably and collaborate on ideas and learn new skills by utilizing shared spaces such as a garden, a workspace, a kitchen, and a musical space. Basically the i3 model but equipment/spaces may be used for brewing/wine making, meat curing, canning, cheese making, exploratory cooking and other homesteading type activities. Opportunities are endless here so contact me if you are interested in the idea.
