Hi! My name is Andrew Arnold. I am not a member of i3 Detroit yet, but I hope to be soon.

Background: I spent a few years after high school struggling to get through college (studying biology and then criminal justice) without drowning in a mountain of debt. When I had finally exhausted what I considered to be reasonable financial options, I enlisted in the Army as an intelligence analyst. I spent just over 8 years in the Army, getting out this last January with two free degrees in subjects I am not interested in pursuing as a career. As such, I am now pursuing an associate's degree in Information Technology from Oakland Community College using the GI Bill.

Interests: My interests include board games and tabletop wargames (Adeptus Mechanicus, Stormcast Eternals, and Rebels), firearms, and fishkeeping (no tanks right now unfortunately). Zones of i3 that are of particular interest to me are the Fablab, Laser Cutters, Woodshop, Electronics Lab, and Infrastructure (IT stuff). I'm especially interested in making some terrain for Star Wars Legion and also cutting things with lasers.
