Amendments

We should include the procedure for making amendments to the bylaws. I think any member should be able to propose an amendment, and it should have to pass separate votes by the members and the directors (not sure what percents or in which order).--Ed 16:01, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

Directors

Here are some starting suggestions:

term: 2 years

elections: Members vote for their favorite N candidates. Empty seats filled by those with the most votes. Held every 6 months (if needed).

vacancies: temporary directors nominated by any board member, must have 1/2 majority vote of directors, limited to 6 month term.

removal: should be difficult, to encourage people to work together, maybe 3/4 majority of directors. Directors may resign. --Ed 16:11, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
