  • Beverages will be BYOB and in vending.
  • There is a grill at the space!
  • If you have a crockpot, please consider using it! We don't have proper kitchen at the space (yet!), so crockpots and instant pots etc will be helpful for supplying us all with hot food.
  • Please avoid common allergens (or put them on the side).

  • Paint
    • North, East and South Wall - Behr Dynasty Marquee: Ocean Boulevard PPU13-10 (3 gallons for first coat)
    • West Wall - Valspar Macaw (2 gallons first coat)
    • Fitting Room - Sherwin Williams: Muslin (1 gallon)
    • Slatwall - Valspar: A Stitch in Time (1 gallon)
    • Prep slatwall surface for latex paint - rough and prime
    • Paint slatwall with 4" roller
    • Let dry and cure in paint room
    • Sealcoat slatwall for durability
  • New Light panel installation over south end of room
    • Drop the existing light panels underneath ceiling frame
    • Add in new lights
  • Seal leaky holes in sump pit
    • clean sump and identify holes
    • seal holes where water comes up
    • fill remaining sump to floor level
  • Wire up outlets.
    • Left and right outlets on each dual gang box are on different circuits

Infrastructure

  • Hang furnaces on side A - they do not need to be installed; just hung.

Handful of actionable issues from github:

  • Door knob for media lab
  • Move gaming oriented things from black shelf by fab lab to lounge
  • Flammable Rags bin
  • Rebalance table near sign in that has map on it
  • Seal on door by the bathrooms needs to be replaced to adhear to fire code (Rubber purchased)
  • Wires need to be repaired on the gantry on sideB(note: the electric shut off is shared between this gantry and the two lift post for auto)
  • Remount toilet seat in bathroom by elab
  • Fix weak red jack in auto zone(will not support a car)
  • Replace light bulb on "When lit, please take out the recycling"
  • Use pool noodle to add protection from sharp corner on water heater stand

Expansion Tasks Likely to occur after potlock

  • Install 1.5" Conduit from Disconnect in B Side NW Corner to Junction box over Paint zone arch and then on to new sewing room breaker panel.
    • Conduit and most fittings were last seen in new sewing room
    • Measure length of 1.5" conduit run once installed. Get 4 strands of 1/0 AWG wire to length. Add in enough for connections inside boxes.
  • Install conduit runs from new sewing breaker panel to craft "room".

Supplies Needed

  • Junction box may not exist unless we have it or it was purchased. May not have enough bulkheads since we added the box.
  • May need additional 1.5" conduit or fittings.
  • Smaller conduit and fittings are in infrastructure cart. Conduit last seen in new e-lab location.
  • Clamps to secure 1.5" conduit to ceiling struts

Elab Build out

  • Akeim and NickLo will be leading build out

  • Receive all wood studs and use them to build out the framing for ELab!

  • Cobra Anchors Parawedge - Concrete Anchors 25x 1/2 x5-1/2' (Do the extra ones from sewing that didn't get used for craft work here?)

Craft

Tasks

  • Paint Exterior Wall and sewing exterior wall (only the part that is primed) in craft blue.
  • Cut Holes for the access points for the electrical in lounge.
  • Build top of craft half wall - Creativity is Welcome!
