Food Planning

Please sign up to bring some food!

  • Beverages will be BYOB. Also planning to restock the vending machine.
  • There is a grill at the space!
  • If you have a crockpot, please consider using it! We don't have proper kitchen at the space (yet!), so crockpots and such will be helpful for supplying us all with hot food.
  • Please avoid common allergens (or put them on the side) if they're optional in your recipe: nuts, dairy, wheat, etc.

  • Remove old Graveyard:
    • Cut into 2-3 tables
    • Mount money sucker equipment to wall with el bracket
    • Move sign-in table backwards to where graveyard was located
    • Create printout or sign for new graveyard.
      • If design work isn't your thing, the craft/vinyl coordinator is happy to handle vector design, or to paint a sign, but can't handle the physical aspects of cutting plywood or doing a laser job. Check with Kevin Flory for more details.

Vinyl

Tasks

  • Open stuck or locked special materials filing cabinet.
  • Create samples for display in the Vinyl Zone; in particular, projects on fabric (heat press) or which use specialty vinyl types are very desirable.
  • Cut test strips to determine blade settings for any and all types of vinyl. Optionally, fill out a custom label (available in zone) and paste inside vinyl roll. Coordinator will be present and can demonstrate.
  • Dismount and/or move telephone from special materials cabinet; mount display case to cabinet (non-destructively).

  • put tool crib tools on walls
  • break down bike zone cart and wooden dolly
  • reorganize and replace/order replacement sockets for set
