Potlock: Fire and Faire Edition (July 21, 2018) Task Lists

Fire Tasks (First Priority)

All areas of the space:

• Tell Mark about any extension cords you see permanently installed, or affixed to things.
• See Mark for many fire-related infrastructure tasks DO NOT DO WITHOUT ASKING
  • Dust collector wiring

Welding Zone:

• Change task light to LED and add a long cord to make up for the recently-removed (see above) extension cord - Waiting for delivery

Faire Tasks (Second Priority)

Office Area:

• Sweep and use floor scrubber in the Clasroom, Media Lab, and hallway
• Sweep and mop Craft Room floor
• Wipe down the benches and tables
• Clean the bathroom
  • Organize the cabinets

Shop Area:

• General:
  • Sweep/Vacuum the floors using the cleaning compound that Jody bought
  • Clean the window to the Media Lab
• Cart Storage:
  • Vacuum/wipe down the carts
• CNC Zone:
  • Replace coolant and clean up any mess made doing so
• Commons Zone:
  • Dust/clean the book/board game/video game shelves
  • Secure any wobbly table legs
  • Vacuum the bunk couches
  • Vacuum under the vending machines
  • Vacuum and repair any broken chairs (save the Frankenchair)
• Jewelry Zone:
  • Organize and wipe down the bench
• Kiln Zone:
  • Organize and wipe down the benches
  • Organize the cooling rack and the stuff that should be in the cooling rack
• Metal Shop:
  • Put stuff away
  • Vacuum then wipe down all surfaces
• Mobile Equipment Storage Area and Injection Molding Zone:
  • Vacuum/wipe down everything
  • Organize the stuff on the vacuum former and toss the useless items
• Vinyl Zone:
  • Vacuum/wipe down/organize the vinyl cabinet
  • Organize and wipe down the desk
• Welding Zone:
  • Organize and wipe down the bench
  • Organize the scrap area under the bench
• Wood Shop:
  • Move all the mobile items up against the wall or the end of Active Project Storage, packed as tightly as reasonable
