Please refrain from other side conversations, these can be distracting for the rest of the meeting and make it difficult for the chair to keep track of what's going on.

Paul made a box to fit his board game expansions. Used laser cutter to cut and create a design.

Old Business

A member has volunteered to clean out member storage!!!
- Jeff mentioned it would be good to give a single member responsibility for member storage
- It was proposed we should bring back an old title: "Member Storage Reaper"
- We could schedule time to clean it out as a group
- Hooks in the CRM may not mean that the person is gone
- Member meetings could be used to move things from storage to graveyard to dumpster. This could be after cowbell.
- The policy is this is our space. We can decide to maintain member storage.
- It would be excellent to contact the person who is no longer a member that they still have stuff here
- Matt and Osama will look into a potential CRM glitch
- You must be a member to have storage
- The process to remove materials will parking ticket and eventually it will end up in the dumpster
- Action item: establish time after the meeting to clean out storage

Should we just make the soda's a dollar instead of 75 cents?
- Vending is a separate entity and it doesn't seek to make a profit
- This can be brought up to Alicia C
- You can also throw in a dollar and not take a quarter back!

Volunteers to host upcoming Friday tours?
- Important for the space. It would be great to have people who would be willing to learn how to tour.
- It was suggested to have a checklist or outline to be able to give tours
- Action item: Create a checklist for the tours so people can cover everything necessary

James O Will host a monthly KiCAD workshop. Second Thursday the 13th at 7pm classroom. There will be a list and it will be on the calendar.

Roof

There have been multiple ceiling leaks in the space.
Andrew Youmans and I went to the roof to evaluate the condition.
Some tarring has been done already.
The roof will need action to repair or mitigate the leaks.
- There's many seams that appear to be leaking
- Also the fans seem to be leaking
- It is aging. Andrew will present a budget proposal to the board to repair the roof.
Jeremy seems to be the point of contact for the landlord. It would be good to contact the landlord to discuss this.

After tonight's meeting, I will be taking an indefinite break from operating camera & microphone setup during the Member meetings.
If anyone wants to volunteer to take over that task and/or come up with a better way to handle this, let the Chair know.
