Marked as down because it currently needs additional investigation. After we acquired it a large embroidery job was run on it and it started to fail mid-run. It was taken in for maintenance/calibration. The service technician claimed it was all calibrated, yet it still failed on further "long" runs. It's suspected that the machine overheats if run for more that 10 or 15 minutes and loses its ability to properly register. We may eventually determine that this machine is only useful for short runs.
