Acrylic Tea Light Flame

Summary

The flame shape (black) and detail lines (pink)

This is a small design I came up with when lighting my chandliers. It replaces the standard little plastic flame diffuser on an LED tea light with a larger acrylic flame. The bottom is sloped to fit on a typical plastic tea light, and the rounded notch should fit right over the LED bulb once the original diffuser is removed.

Instructions

I cut this out of 1/4" clear acrylic on Bumblebee. The inner details were a cut layer with Speed 150, Power 100, Corner Power 50. This cut 1/4 to 1/2 way through the acrylic, making a nice line for the LED light catch on. The exterior cut was done at Speed 15, Power 100, Corner Power 50. Once cut, set on top of the LED and attach with hot glue.
