2020 Calendar Transition

Our current primary calendar is owned by i3detroit@gmail.com.

We're trying to move all the google stuff we use into the i3detroit.org domain and off of "personal" google accounts.

It was pointed out that now is a good time to fix the calendar, as events aren't really happening.

The web view URL of the new calendar is https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=calendar%40i3detroit.org&ctz=America%2FDetroit

What you need to do

1. To remove the old calendar, hover over the calendar entry and click the X (next to the cursor in the screenshot, the text saying click the three dots is not the simple way)

Note: You cannot do this from a phone.

2. Subscribe to the new calendar:

• Option A: add calendar -> add by URL: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/calendar%40i3detroit.org/public/basic.ics
• Option B: add calendar -> subscribe to calendar: calendar@i3detroit.org
