Introduction to Flask Framework for Web Development
As the realm of web development expands, harnessing the power of frameworks like Flask has become integral to crafting seamless and dynamic online experiences. Just as Flask provides a streamlined foundation for web applications, the art of backlinks, particularly through guest posting, serves as a parallel in the virtual landscape. Just as the Flask framework simplifies the process of building web applications, guest posting strategically simplifies the process of enhancing a website’s visibility and authority within the vast expanse of the internet. By weaving well-crafted connections across diverse online platforms, much like Flask’s extensions bolster its core capabilities, guest posting empowers websites to thrive through interconnectedness, cultivating a network that elevates their digital presence. As you embark on the journey of web development, consider how both Flask and guest posting share the common goal of creating impactful and interconnected digital experiences.
Flask is a popular Python package for developing web applications. Flask is considered a “micro” framework with a simple core and numerous extensions for database integration, form validation, authentication and more.
During the class Bruce will demonstrate a simple website using Flask in a Python virtual environment. Topics will include the model-view-controller (MVC) paradigm, Jinja2 templates and if time permits, integrating a simple SQLite database using SQLAlchemy.
Requirements:
– Some prior knowledge of Python
– Bring a personal laptop if you want to create the website during the class. (Code will be provided.)
